We started this company to help people cross the step change.
Over the next decade these tools will spread through every workplace. Most teams will feel the change before they understand it. We exist so the people doing the work understand it first, and come out ahead.
Our founder, Chris Johnston, has been a designer his whole life and has never stopped tinkering. He has won hackathons before and after AI.
When the models got good enough to build real software from plain instructions, designing a system and building it became the same job. That is the company.

We prioritize trying and iterating, knowing that with AI powering the output, solutions must transform several times during development. We treat that fluidity as a strength.
The receiptWe build from day one, and the whole system is live by day 30. Then month two is for changing it. The first version is often wrong, and finding that out with your team using it is the cheapest thing we do.

The receiptOutput is information. Fifteen rounds on a hard problem is normal. Every validator we run was written after a real failure and has caught it every time since. Work is verified before it is claimed. And we work with people we would happily have a drink with, because good vibes are good business.
07The thesis
Three things that changed.
Software used to be scarce. So we rented it.
For thirty years the only way a business got software was to rent it from someone who built it for everyone. A thousand features, forty used, all of them paid for. Every company ran on the same stacks, differently. Artificial scarcity. That constraint is gone. A capable model is a call away, and designing software for one company, for one job, in days, now costs less than the rent.
Code is liquid.
Software designed this way does not have to be permanent. A prototype built on Tuesday can be replaced on Friday if Tuesday was wrong. A tool built for this quarter's problem can be discarded when the problem changes. The company stops accumulating systems it is afraid to touch and keeps only what it uses.
The instructions are the code.
An agent takes its instructions in plain text. Who it is, what it owns, what it may never do, when to stay silent. Those files are the program, and the owner of the business can read them. When the model improves, the same files run on the better model. When the harness changes, the files move. What you own persists. What improves is swapped underneath it.
