In short
We built the practice's site: consultation booking, procedure and patient resources, and a design that reads as calm and clinical. Every page passes automated ADA accessibility testing. Since launch, the practice reports a sharp rise in consultations.

01The client
The website is the first consultation.
Dr. Justin West, board-certified plastic surgeon. A practice where the website is the place a patient decides whether to call.

02What we designed
A site, a planner, and access for everyone.
The site.
Procedure pages, patient resources, before-and-after presentation handled with care, and a consultation booking flow that a nervous person can finish. Elegant and technically clean.
The access.
Built to ADA accessibility standards. Every page passes automated accessibility testing (axe-core and Lighthouse) with zero violations: contrast, alt text, labels, keyboard paths and reduced motion.
The planner.
A patient picks the areas and concerns, gets a written read on the treatments that fit, and leaves with a consultation request. Nothing clever where clever is a risk.

03In their words
From the surgeon.
We have seen a sharp growth in consultations since we launched.
04What it shows
A prototype that never stops mattering.
A site for a practice is a prototype that never stops mattering. The engine underneath it is the same one that publishes a law firm's articles; here it publishes patient resources and keeps the booking path working. The rule is the same: nothing ships broken, and every patient can use it.
