We reinvent our own roles first.

A company that sells this should run on it. These are things we built for ourselves, with the same agents, the same rules, and the same hand-off standard we hold clients to.

01The Vibe Jam

Learn to build with AI by building.

A community. Free thirty-minute calls where someone brings what they are trying to build and leaves with a next step. Hack nights at a coffee shop. Weekly sessions where non-technical people make images, music, video, sites, and tools with AI and go home with something finished.

It taught us the thing we now build every engagement around: people who watch stay curious, and people who deploy something change how they work. Training here is a byproduct of building because that is what the Vibe Jam showed us, dozens of sessions in a row.

The knowledge base is written in the same voice as this site: a quick answer at the top, subheads that are claims, a question block at the end.

02WaterDamageIQ

Triage for a flooded kitchen at midnight.

A homeowner describes what happened, adds photos or is guided to take them, answers a short set of questions that change based on the answers, and gets an assessment: what is visibly damaged, what is at risk behind the wall, how severe, a cost range, and what to do next. Plus a timestamped incident report they can send to an insurer or a contractor.

Two rules made it trustworthy. The model never produces a dollar amount; it extracts scope (which components, how many, how bad, how sure) and a deterministic table prices it. And observation is kept separate from inference in every sentence: "we can see wet drywall," never "your wall cavity contains mold."

It is also where our own measurement doctrine was written, after an audit found that most of a month's apparent traffic was one ad campaign nobody knew was live. A number you cannot attribute to a named actor or a known spend is not a measurement.

03What these show

The same mechanism, pointed at ourselves.

Instruction files. Validators written after real failures. An agent that ships and stays silent. Documentation for the person who was not in the room. If it did not work for us, we would not sell it.

See the client work.
