CHAPTER 01

He texts it.
It ships.

Phill plays everywhere from Okeechobee to Dubai. His site has an agent, Akasha, with its own chat handle. He or his team send the change the way they would text a friend. Akasha makes it, puts it live and replies with the link.

CHAPTER 02

What happens between the text and the link.

  1. 01

    Sync

    Pull the latest code first.

  2. 02

    Change

Only what the message asked for.

  3. 03

    Build

The site has to build before anything is saved.

  4. 04

    Commit

    Only the files it touched.

  5. 05

    Push

    No staging. It goes out.

  6. 06

    Confirm

Open the live page and check it answers.

  7. 07

    Reply

One plain line, with the link.

When a build fails, Akasha fixes it. When a deploy breaks the live site, it reverts first and explains after.

CHAPTER 04

It found press he hadn't seen.

While the press page was being built, the agent turned up a piece about Phill he didn't know had come out. The flyers, the clippings and the press kit now live in one place a booker can open.

ONE REPOSITORY
ONE KEY

CHAPTER 05

It can ship his site, and nothing else.

Akasha runs in its own isolated space with a key to exactly one repository. That boundary is why the whole team can be trusted to message it. Its rules fit in five lines.

  1. 01Everything ships. There is no “want me to push?”
  2. 02Sync first. Change only what the request touches. Build before committing.
  3. 03Never stage files you did not touch.
  4. 04Confirm it went live. Then one line, with the URL.
  5. 05When production breaks, revert, then explain.

Give your team a site they can text.
