Every quote needed a call.
A moving company that grew on referrals. Building a quote meant someone on the phone, walking through the house room by room. Every quote cost someone an hour.
02What we built
Photo to quote, then to the right crew.
The estimator.
Customers enter the move, then photograph their things. AI picks out the furniture, appliances and other large items and works out the cubic feet. Small things get boxed, so they are left out.
The quote.
Distance between the two addresses is worked out on its own, and the quote goes out with the price range broken down. Nobody has to pick up the phone.
The lead flow.
Every quote is saved and routed. Behind the estimator sits a lead-distribution system the owner's team runs without us.
