In short
A shared board of work in columns: to do, ready, running, blocked, done. Agents pick up cards and leave proof. The board is the report.
Kanban is a board with cards. Each card is a piece of work. Columns say where it is. Here the board is shared between people and agents: a person or an agent creates a card and writes a brief, an agent claims it, does the work, leaves proof (a URL, a file path, what was verified), and marks it done.
The board replaces status meetings and progress messages. If you want to know what happened, read the card. If a card is blocked, it says on what. A human is interrupted only for a decision only a human can make.
A card with no proof is not done. That rule is enforced.
