Ninety days, in and out
Build, adopt, own.
Three months, one fixed shape. The end state always happens: your team owns it and runs it.
- 1
Month 1 · days 1 to 30
Build.
We build the whole system inside the software you already run. Every job we agree on goes live in the first month. Each one gets an outcome you approve in writing before we build it.
- 2
Month 2 · days 31 to 60
Adopt.
Your team uses it every day. We sit beside them, fix what breaks and add what they ask for. They ask in plain English, the way they would ask a person.
- 3
Month 3 · days 61 to 90
Own.
We step back from active building. Your team runs it and asks it for new features on their own. Then we hand over the keys, the instructions and the files.
- 4
After day 90
Yours to run.
Maintenance and extended builds, whenever you want them. Never required. Your team owns and runs it either way.
The guarantee
Each job gets an outcome you approve before we build it, and it is measured against that outcome and nothing else. That is the floor in writing, not a cap on what gets built. Neither side moves the target once it is set.
What you have on day 90
A system running in your software. A team that uses it every day and asks it for new features on their own. The keys, the instructions and the files. Every job measured against a definition of done you approved before it was built. We do not grade our own homework.
What counts as an agent
It has an instruction file you can read. It runs on a schedule or a trigger. A validator refuses its bad output. It runs two straight weeks without a human touching it. A chat window is not an agent. A draft becoming a published, illustrated, narrated article every morning without you is.
What gets built
Whatever the business actually needs.
We build to the map, not from a catalog. Sometimes the answer is a site. Sometimes the software your industry sold you is the constraint and the answer is to replace it. Usually it is both. Here is the range.
Publishing
- The publishing engine: a draft goes in, a finished piece comes out, every morning
- Newsletter and social from the same source, in the house style
- Search reporting that names what moved and why
- Imagery, narration, and renders produced inside the loop
- Business-profile posts that happen without your push
- A site whose backend an agent operates
Operations
- Intake that writes to the CRM instead of an inbox
- The five percent of a CRM: contacts, deals, one pipeline, the report you read
- Lead intelligence: a map of your market and a brief on every prospect
- Quotes and proposals from templates and a rate card, out the door in a day
- The Monday numbers, assembled by an agent, with the source of every figure
- Email in-house, replacing the per-contact platform fee
- Client books and internal tools your team can run without a developer
- Document generation: packets, proposals, and reports assembled on demand
We build to the map, not from a catalog. Everything built is yours to keep.
The terms
One price. Ninety days.
Almost every owner-run business is held back by one of two things: work that does not ship without you, or an operation that cannot carry the work coming in. The map tells you which one is yours, and the order of builds follows from it. You hear the full price of the ninety days on a call, before day one.
Days 1 to 30
Live by day 30
Build
The whole system, built inside the software you already run. Nothing new to log into.
You get: working software, live.
Days 31 to 60
Every day
Adopt
Your team works with it every day. We sit beside them, fix what breaks and add what they ask for.
You get: a team that works with it every day.
Days 61 to 90
Keys handed over
Own
We step back. Your team runs it and asks it for new features. We hand over the keys, the instructions and the files.
You get: the system, the files and the know-how.
Client count stays low on purpose. Every agreement is handcrafted on a call, and everything we build is yours to keep.
This is not for everyone.
If what you want most is a chat window with a better prompt, a node editor with more nodes, or a deck that says what to do next, you can find those elsewhere. We do some of that work, but it sits downstream of being in the seat next to you. It is not the offer.
If you want a design studio in the seat beside you, building software you own and putting agents on the work until your team runs it without us, that is the work.
