In short
Heathos administers health plans and supplies products and distribution to insurance agencies. Their sales team needed to know every agency in the country worth calling. We built Moon: an agent that searches region by region, classifies each result against the ideal-customer criteria, rejects what does not fit, reads what does, extracts the organization and its people, scores them, and writes a Lead Intelligence Brief for each one. Reached from a link in the sales team's own CRM export.
01The client
Three brands, one sales team, one map.
Heathos is the parent of three operating brands: a third-party administrator, a claims administrator, and a national marketing organization. Matt Paul is the CEO. The buyer of Moon is the sales leadership; the daily user is a salesperson with a call to make.
02What we designed
Search, enrichment, the brief, the advisor, the board.
Search.
Search queries generated per region and market segment. Every result classified: is this an insurance marketing organization, a field marketing organization, a brokerage general agency, or noise. Unknown is rejected, not guessed.
Extraction and enrichment.
The agent reads the organization's site, extracts the company, its people, their roles, and the relationships between organizations, and stores them with the evidence. Enrichment runs overnight on local inference, so the data never leaves the building and there is no per-record cloud bill.
The brief.
One page per person: who they are, what their organization sells, which of Heathos's products fit their book, and what to say. Generated by the agent, opened from a column in the CRM export. The salesperson never sees the machinery.
The Sales Advisor.
Each prospect is categorized by the path their business runs on (ACA marketplace, under-65 supplemental, senior market, life and final expense) and matched against a reference of what Heathos can substantiate for that path. Claims without a source are marked and kept out of outbound copy until a person confirms them.
The board.
Every enrichment phase, every review, every correction is a card. The CEO's review notes from a meeting became the next lane of work.
03In their words
From the CEO.
The agent has mapped our known universe.
04What it shows
The five percent, built.
Not a data vendor's subscription with a thousand fields the team never opens. A map of exactly the market Heathos sells into, in the shape their salespeople use, kept current by an agent under instructions the company can read. The engine underneath, Recon, is the deployable tool; the map is theirs.
