Reading every lead in a market by hand was never a job anyone could hire for. Now it runs every day.
Miami Beach
A city that runs on guests.
Miami Beach is a working island. Behind Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue sit hotels, restaurants, bars, rental managers, property managers, event companies, and the condo associations that run the towers from South Pointe to North Beach. Almost every one of them answers the same questions all day, from people who are not from here, at every hour, in more than one language.
We are based in Palm Beach Gardens, about an hour and a half north on I-95, and we would rather say so up front. We start with a call and a working version you can see before anyone drives anywhere. When it is time to meet, we come to the hotel, the restaurant or the management office.
- South Beach: hotels, restaurants and nightlife on Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue.
- Lincoln Road and Sunset Harbour: retail, studios, salons and restaurants.
- Mid-Beach and North Beach: resort hotels, condo towers and the management companies behind them.
- Next door: Surfside, Bal Harbour and North Bay Village.
Hotels and restaurants
The guest asks at 2 a.m. The answer should not wait for the morning shift.
A boutique hotel on the beach gets the same twenty questions every day. Is parking valet only. Can I check in early. Is the pool open tonight. Do you hold luggage. Each one lands in a different place: the booking site, the email inbox, a text to the front desk, a comment on the hotel's posts. The front desk answers them between check-ins, when it can.
An answers every one of them the same way, in the hotel's voice, in the language the guest wrote in, at any hour. It reads the real policies and the real calendar, so it never invents a late checkout. Anything that touches money or a complaint goes to a person, with the full thread attached.
Restaurants get the same lift. Reservation changes, large party requests, allergy questions and the private event inquiry that used to sit in a general inbox for three days. The answers, collects what the manager needs, and puts a clean request in front of the person who books it.
Rentals and condo towers
Rules that change by block, and boards that need records.
Short-term rentals are tightly limited in most of Miami Beach's residential neighborhoods, and the rules depend on where the unit sits. A rental manager who gets one listing wrong pays for it. An can check every inquiry against the property's zoning notes and the house rules before it quotes a single night, and flag anything that needs a person.
The condo towers carry their own load. Since 2022, Florida law has required milestone structural inspections and reserve studies for older condo buildings. That means more notices, more board packets, more owner questions and more vendor bids to compare. An keeps the record straight: it drafts the owner notice, answers the same question from two hundred owners the same way, and builds the board packet from the documents the management company already has.
Art Basel week
One week in December that breaks every inbox.
Every December, Art Basel fills the Convention Center and the whole city with it. Hotels, restaurants, galleries, event planners, drivers and caterers get a year's worth of inquiries in a few weeks. Most businesses survive it on overtime and missed emails.
An does not get tired in week two. It answers the event inquiries, sorts the real bookings from the tire kickers, keeps a running list of what has been promised to whom, and writes the follow-up after the week is over, when everyone else is too tired to send it.
- Hotels: guest questions, early check-in and late checkout requests, and group blocks.
- Restaurants: private event inquiries, large parties and every review answered.
- Rental and property managers: inquiries checked against house rules before a quote goes out.
- Condo associations: owner notices, board packets and vendor bids compared side by side.
- Event and hospitality vendors: the Art Basel rush answered, sorted and followed up.
How it starts here
A call, then a working version.
Owners here buy from someone they know, after seeing a working version, from one person they can call. So the first step is small. A call, where you tell us which job eats the most hours and we tell you honestly if an can take it.
If it can, you see it before anyone drives anywhere. Give us your work email and three answers, and we build you a Yea app from your own site. When it is time to meet, we come to you, because the job we are taking over lives at your desk, not ours.
What we do
, automation and training.
We are an AI company that builds, not one that writes decks. One ninety day engagement covers all of it.
- Custom : an AI with a harness that takes one job end to end.
- AI automation: the repeat work between your systems, handed to the .
- AI training: your team learns to run the and ask it for new features.
- AI consulting: an honest read on what to hand over first, on the first call.
How it starts
Build, adopt, own.
Ninety days, in and out. Month one, we build the whole system connected to the software you already run, and it is live by day 30. The map of how your business works comes out of building it.
Month two, your team uses it every day while we sit beside them, fix what breaks and add what they ask for. Month three, they run it and ask it for new features on their own, and we hand over the keys, the instructions and the files.
