Faster, on work no team could staff
∞
Reading every lead in a market by hand was never a job anyone could hire for. Now it runs every day.
Where we are
Forty-five minutes up I-95.
We are based in Palm Beach Gardens. Port St. Lucie is about forty-five minutes north, Fort Pierce about an hour. Close enough to sit with your team in month one and come back when something breaks in month two.
- Port St. Lucie: the city's neighborhoods, St. Lucie West and Tradition.
- Fort Pierce: downtown, the inlet, the port and the county offices.
- Hutchinson Island: hotels, rentals and the beach side.
- The citrus and ranch land west of I-95.
The county's business
A county growing faster than its back offices.
St. Lucie County has two halves. Port St. Lucie has grown fast for years, and it is still building: new neighborhoods out west in Tradition, a hospital campus, distribution centers along I-95, and the builders, roofers, pool companies and home services that every new house needs. The Mets hold spring training there.
Fort Pierce is the older half, the county seat, on the water. It has the inlet and its port, a fishing fleet, FAU's Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute, and the packing houses of the Indian River citrus trade. Its businesses are older, often family-run, and they run on habits built before email.
What an does here
Growth means more of the same calls.
When a city grows this fast, the businesses that serve it drown in the same requests. A new homeowner needs a quote for screens, a pool, hurricane shutters, a fence. The contractor who answers first usually wins, and the one who answers first is rarely the one with the best crew. It is the one with someone free to type.
An answers first. It replies to every request in minutes, asks for the photos and measurements, drafts the quote from your price list and puts it in front of a person to approve. Then it follows up, so the lead you paid for does not go cold while the crew is on a roof.
What goes first
The job that eats the most hours.
Every business has one. Month one, an takes it over, connected to the software you already run. In St. Lucie County, this is where we look first.
- Builders, roofers, pool and home services: a quote from photos and measurements, answered first, followed up until yes or no.
- Medical and dental practices: appointment requests answered fast, with patient information out of the 's reach.
- Marine, fishing and seafood businesses in Fort Pierce: orders, bookings and the paperwork behind them.
- Citrus growers, packers and shippers: order status, customer letters and the season's reports.
- Property managers and real estate teams: tenant and buyer questions answered the same way every time.
How it starts here
A call, then a working version.
Owners here buy from someone they know, after seeing a working version, from one person they can call. So the first step is small. A call, where you tell us which job eats the most hours and we tell you honestly if an can take it.
If it can, you see it before anyone drives anywhere. Give us your work email and three answers, and we build you a Yea app from your own site. When it is time to meet, we come to you, because the job we are taking over lives at your desk, not ours.
What we do
, automation and training.
We are an AI company that builds, not one that writes decks. One ninety day engagement covers all of it.
- Custom : an AI with a harness that takes one job end to end.
- AI automation: the repeat work between your systems, handed to the .
- AI training: your team learns to run the and ask it for new features.
- AI consulting: an honest read on what to hand over first, on the first call.
How it starts
Build, adopt, own.
Ninety days, in and out. Month one, we build the whole system connected to the software you already run, and it is live by day 30. The map of how your business works comes out of building it.
Month two, your team uses it every day while we sit beside them, fix what breaks and add what they ask for. Month three, they run it and ask it for new features on their own, and we hand over the keys, the instructions and the files.
